Natale Development unveils $20 million senior housing community
Natale Development Co. officially unveiled its $20 million senior housing community complex in the Lancaster and Clarence community. Located at 375 Harris Hill Road on 30 acres, “The Belvedere” is composed of 154 living units, including eight townhomes starting at 1,050 square feet. The project received mortgage and sales tax exemptions from the Lancaster Industrial Development Agency. The Belvedere officially opens on Friday, June 8.
“Our concept for creating and building The Belvedere was based on providing people with an amenity-filled community who are looking to either expand their current living experiences or sell their existing house, while gaining a social atmosphere like no other community can provide,” said Angelo Natale, chief executive officer of Natale Development Co. “It is a very socially connected community that boast great amenities and activities. Belvedere is allowing our customer to downsize, but not leave any homeownership amenity behind and still maintain a youthful independence.”
The units in The Belvedere feature nine-foot ceilings, storage space within the apartments and open floor plans. There are also options for attached garages through an enclosed breezeway as well as detached garages.
