St. Stephen’s UCC slates rummage sale

St. Stephen’s United Church of Christ, at 8520 Tonawanda Creek Road, Clarence, will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 2. A light lunch will be made available. If headed to the church from Transit Road, proceed east on Tonawanda Creek Road and ignore “road closed” signs.

Garden Friends plant sale to be held

The Garden Friends of Clarence will hold a “Perennial Plant Sale” from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19.

Hollow Association sets chicken BBQ

The Clarence Hollow Association will hold a Chiavetta’s chicken barbecue at noon Monday, May 28. A chicken dinner and drink will cost $10, while a hot dog, chips and a drink will cost $5. A basket raffle will also be available. The event will follow the Memorial Day Parade, which will begin at 11 a.m. at Clarence High School.
