Pilates classes offered weekly

Pilates classes are offered each Monday at 10 a.m. at the Clarence Hollow Wellness Center, 10946 Main St., Clarence. They are also offered at 9 a.m. each Tuesday at Karyn Kelly Dance, 4223 Transit Road, Williamsville. The cost for each class is $8. Call 866-3735 for more information.

Clarence Center UMC to offer Bible school

A “Game On” Vacation Bible School will be offered from 9:30 a.m. to noon, July 23-27, at Clarence Center United Methodist Church, 9750 Clarence Center Road. The program is offered for students in prekindergarten to sixth grade. To register, call 741-2410.

Basketball pickup league slated

The Town of Clarence Recreation Department will add an “Over 50” pickup basketball program to its summer recreation schedule. Men and women ages 50 and older who want to play are invited to meet at the Goodrich Road basketball court near Town Hall at 6:30 p.m. July 27. Basketballs will be provided. Teams will be chosen that day.

Harris Hill UMC sets carnival date

Harris Hill United Methodist Church, located at 8495 Main St., will host a free community carnival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 21. Games, prizes, snacks, a bounce house, face painting, crafts, a petting zoo and pony rides will be on hand. For more information, call 632-4688.

Concert to be offered at Asa Ransom House

A free concert, presented by the Clarence Hollow Association, will be offered at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 19, at the Asa Ransom House, 10529 Main St. My Cousin Tone will perform.

Charity concert series sets date

The Vision Possible Charity Concert Series, supporting the American Cancer Society, will offer a classical music concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, at the Clarence Presbyterian Church, 9675 Main St. Bring any monetary donation as admission to the concert. The suggested donation is $15.
